Fifth municipal public security departments are responsible for the management of dogs in this municipality. The district and county public security departments are responsible for the management of dogs and other related punishments within their respective jurisdictions. The dog shelter established by the municipal public security department is responsible for the admission, acceptance and adoption of the dogs.
The competent veterinary department shall be responsible for the prevention and control of rabies and guide the supervision of the animal health authorities in the implementation of relevant management and punishment.
Urban management and law enforcement departments are responsible for investigating and controlling the behavior of city appearance and environmental sanitation in the process of keeping and operating dogs in urbanized areas.
The administrative department for Industry and Commerce shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the operation of dogs.
Housing security, housing management, health, finance, prices and other relevant administrative departments, in accordance with their respective responsibilities, to do a good job of dog management.
The township and Town People' s governments and subdistrict offices shall cooperate with the relevant administrative departments to do a good job in the management of dogs.
Sixth dogs should be raised in accordance with the law and civilized dogs, not to harm the legitimate rights and interests of others.
