医院卫生人才培养计划
为进一步组织实施医院在职卫生人员培训，使医务人员的业务综合素质有大的提高，适应新形势下医疗卫生工作的需求，争取所有卫生技术人员达到相应的岗位标准，特制定我院医疗人才培训计划
一、人才培养的指导思想和目标
（一）、指导思想：牢固树立尊重知识，尊重人才的思想，始终坚持科技强院，人才兴院的发展理念，按照全面提高及重点培养相结合，培养人才和引进人才相结合，结构调整和合理配置相结合的工作思想，切实搞好医院人才的培养，教育和使用，充分调动医院人才的积极性，为医院的发展提供强有力的人才保障。
（二）、人才建设培养与培养目标
1、积极推进全员培训，真正使我院的每周科内业务学****例行化、制度化争取使我院的专业技术人员全部加入刊授的医学再教育网络学****平台。
2、争取3—5年内培养5名具有坚实的理论基础，丰富临床经验的学科带头，5年内争取使我院主治医师以上职称，45岁以下临床医师全部完成省级医院的半年以上专科进修。
3、如有可能，争取引进2-3名副主任医师以上职称，确实能起到某一个专业学科带头人作用的临床医师。
