行政部门确认符合本标准和《医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒技术操作规范》、《医院消毒供应中心灭菌效果监测标准》的规定。
5 医院应将消毒供应中心纳入本机构的建设规划，使之与本机构的规模、任务和发展规划相适应；将消毒供应工作管理纳入医疗质量管理，保障医疗安全。
6 基本原则
消毒供应中心的清洗消毒工作应符合《医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒技术操作规范》、《医院消毒供应中心灭菌效果监测标准》规定。
6．2诊疗器械、器具和物品的再处理应符合使用后及时清洗、消毒和／或灭菌的程序。
6．3一次性使用的诊疗器械、器具或物品用后不应再次处理和使用。
6．4甲类及按甲类传染病管理的乙类传染病、朊毒体污染的诊疗器械、器具与物品，应执行专门的操作规程和处理流程。
7 人员要求
7．1医院应根据消毒供应中心的工作量及各岗位需求，科学、合理配置护士、消毒员和其他工作人员。
7．2消毒供应中心的工作人员应当接受与其岗位职责相应的岗位培训，正确掌握以下内容：
(1) 各类诊疗器械、器具及物品清洗、消毒、灭菌的操作规程；
(2) 相关清洗、消毒、灭菌设备的操作规程；
(3) 职业安全防护原则和方法；
