住宿：电力系、动力系、电子系、自动化系在一校区，学一舍部分宿舍及学四舍、学五舍为男生宿舍，学三舍部分宿舍及研究生公寓为女生宿舍，具体位置见附图；环工系（待定）、计算机系、法政系、经管系、数理系、政教部、英语系、机械系在二校区，宿舍为学八舍及学十舍，男生均在学八舍，女生在学八舍和学十舍部分宿舍，具体位置见附图。
一校区：学一舍开门时间是06:00—23:00，其他宿舍为06:00—23:30
二校区：宿舍楼开门时间均为06:00—23:00
医院：省医院（河北大学附属医院）、解放军252医院、保定市第一医院、保定市第一中心
医院、华北电力大学校医院，新生入学即办有医保卡，以上均是医保定点医院；
小毛病一校区可到东便门出难走十字路口工行西侧社区医务室或者西门口斜对过小
