四、深入扎实做好思想政治工作
1、党总支领导本单位思想政治工作。实施党总支负责党内，建立系行政、工会、团组织分头负责的思想政治网络，各口职责分明，配合密切。注重民主党派、非党分子的思想政治工作。坚持早发现、早培养、早发展的原则，做好党员发展工作。
2、坚持对教职工的思想政治和理想教育。教工政治学****每双周安排一次。时刻关注教职工的思想动态，定期分析研究。关心老百姓的思想、工作和学****调动不同层面村民积极性。加强“三育人”工作，加强职业道德、民德民风建设和教育。重点抓好青年待业人员教育和文明素养教育，党员重点抓好先进性教育。
3、重视宣传工作。对宣传稿件要有一定数量。
