教师角色新思考

一、备课的经验
1. 备课时要对三套不同的教材来回比较，从而选择确定一种较适合学生的教学内容和方法。70%左右要紧扣正在使用的教材，30%左右要纵横渗透，综合整合，作相关发挥。
2. 在假期中把新学期的课完全备好，要有一个整体的备课框架，然后才上课。最好的教学策略是按照“整体?部分?整体”进行教学。
3(备课要掌握教材的整体结构，要深入了解学生的现状与需求。广泛搜集相关资料，合理取舍讲课的内容。只能讲授学生可能懂的内容，不能讲授学生无法理解的内容。
二、上课的经验
4(上课怎样开头，怎样结束，要反复推敲。开头要激发兴趣，结束要让人回味。开头结束都力求短小精干，切忌拖泥带水。板书演示要清楚明了，重点关键要突出鲜明。坚决守时，决不压堂。
5(上课要关心每位学生。要使绝大多数都能真懂。在让学生思考、操作、讨论时，优秀生和后进生应有所区别，体现出“因材施教”。要使优秀生感到一定困难，要使后进生感到在进步。
6(要善于提出恰当的问题，要让学生有独立思考和独立操作的时间。一堂课要有动有静，有张有弛，有严肃有笑声。每subway.
