第九条(货币补偿数额)货币补偿按照下列标准进行补偿:
(一)一般民宅;
1、对有房屋所有权证或经四级认证的一、二层合法建筑面积,由具有相应资质的房地产价格评估机构进行评估后,按评估价格进行补偿。
2、对于确属一体建成的三层以上(含三层)砖混房屋,经四级认定后,给予400元/㎡的货币补偿;三层未建的给予200元/㎡补助;在被征收人合法有效的宅基地使用范围内,一、二层未建面积经四级认定后,给予200元/㎡补助。
(二)成套住宅和商业用房:对于成套住宅和商业用房,根据有效产权面积,由具有相应资质的房地产价格评估机构进行评估补偿。
(三)被征收人合法建筑以外的建筑物、构筑物、附属物(如地下室、储藏室、钢结构等)依据具有相应资质的房地产评估机构的评估价格进行评估补偿。
第十条(安置标准)产权调换按照下列方法进行安置:
(一)一般民宅被征收人选择产权调换的,按一、二层合法有效建筑面积实行1:1的比例调换。

(二)成套住宅(单元式房屋)被征收人选择产权调换的,按其合法建筑面积1:1的比例调换。
(三)商业用房在土地、房管、工商、税务等部门手续完备的情况下,经认定后根据合法有效产权面积按照1:1的比例给予产权调换。
