（四）研究思路及方法
本文的研究主要是以理论为依据，对于相关概念进行阐述分析，辅 以广州代代星公司的个例进行案例剖析，得出结论发现问题，并且针 对问题提出相关的对策。
本文的主要研究方法为文献查询法以及实地调查法。
关于文献调查方法主要是查找图书馆的书籍资料来进行，除此之 外还有近几年出版的相关课题的期刊杂志等等。而实地调查法则是在 假期的时候去广州代代星公司对其进行了深度的案例调查，以及对其 相关员工进行了采访。
摘要
财务风险管理在企业中的地位可见一斑，但是进行好的财务风险管
理却不是那么容易的事情，本文就是在对财务风险管理的理论基础介 绍上，简单剖析了财务风险的定义、发展及分类以及对企业财务风险 管理进行研究的意义，在明确其重要性之后，以广州代代星电子科技 公司为例，建立一个有关于企业概况以及未来发展趋向的大背景，在 此对于企业财务情况进行基本分析，对于企业内部及外部所存在的问 题进行全面的分析，找出企业在财务风险管理上所存在的隐患及原 因，并提出最适合企业解决该问题的方法，帮助企业明确一条最快速 有效的方法。

Abstract
Remarkable position of financial risk management in the enterprise, but the financial risk management is not easy, this is the theoretical basis of financial risk management on the introduction, briefly analyzes the definition, development and classification of financial risk as well as the significance of the research on enterprise financial risk management, after making clear the importance of in Guangzhou, from generation to generation Star electronic technology company as an example, the establishment of a corporate profile and background of the development trend of the future, the basic analysis of the enterprise's financial situation, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing internal and external business issues, identify problems and reasons existing in the enterprise financial risk management, and put forward the method that is most suitable for the enterprise to solve the problem, to help enterprises to clearly one of the most effective methods.

二 财务风险管理的理论基础
（一）财务风险的定义
财务风险管理隶属于风险管理，这种特殊手段的管理功能主要借 助于前人的风险管理经验以及近现代科技成就的基础发展调控而成， 2除此之外，财务风险管理的主要部分就是在财务活动中对经营主体 的各种可能遇见的风险、挑战、选择进行预测，通过对这种相关资料 的基础进行分析、辨认、调度和比对，与此同时设定几种解决途径并 找出一条最合理的方法，对可能遇见的风险进行预防和把握。这种方 法的选择的标准就是经济合理，目的就是为了确保财务活动的日常工 作，避免不必要的财物损失，帮助企业得到更多的利润。
