主要研究了线性时滞系统的稳定性问题。通过Lyapunov泛函、代数方法和分析 方法对时滞系统的进行分析，然后对时滞系统的稳定性问题进行MATLAB仿真，并绘 制出不同系统的状态响应曲线，用来判断不同系统的稳定性。
最后对本文进行总结和对时滞系统研究的展望。

of Linear Sys terns With Delay
Abstract
Stabilization is the premise of practical systems normal operation and the stabilization is a significant issue for systems control theory. The time delay is an ubiquitous phenomenon in nature. It brings more complexity and trouble in analysis and synthesis, also it result in instability of systems. Thus, it is essential that analysis the stability of systems with time delay.
This article introduced the time-delay systems engineering background, application and significance, given a brief description of the stability of control systems, the basic principles and mathematic models of time-delay systems, Including analysis methods of control systems, Lyapunov methods of time-delay systems and a concise illustration of computer modeling and simulation.
This article dissertation focuses on the stability problems of linear time-delay system. Through Lyapunov functional, algebraic methods and analysis methods to discuss time-delay systems , then , issues MATLAB instruction for www. simulating the time-delay system stability, and maps out the response curves of state of different systems for determining the stability of different systems.
Finally , took down the final summary of the paper and look ahead on research of time-delay systems.
