⑷穿墙管道及连接应安装牢固，接缝严密，若有铁锈、油污应以钢丝刷、砂纸、溶剂等予以清理干净。

注意事项： .涂布顺序　应先垂直面后水平面：先阴角处及细部后大面。每层涂抹方向应相互垂直。增强措施：在阴角、管道周围、施工缝及裂纹处等均需增强防水措施，其做法是第一道涂膜施工前在该部位增强涂布一道涂膜。配料　　液料和粉料及水按重量配比为1：1：0--（搅拌时间5分钟左右，最好不用手工搅拌）。斜面、顶面或立面上施工为了能够挂住足够的料应不加或少加水；平面施工为了涂膜平整可多加些水。
