三、在考察香山学校的时候，再次感受到了浓浓的“以生为本”，校长的表述是“人（师生）在一切之前”，办学者要“跳出教育看教育”，我的理解是教育还是要把握好文化的源头，尤其是校长眼睛不能仅仅停留在教学手段上，要关注手段所要达成的育人目标。其次，该校一些创新的做法还是值得借鉴，利用“国旗下的讲话”，以班级为单位，轮流诵读经典。有如，读别人的作文选远不如知晓和阅读身边伙伴同学所发表的文章（通过发表在校内文集，校外刊物上学生****作）。该校还因应经典背诵而颁发证书，把学****传统经典纳入了日常行为和评价轨道，使之可持续。其三，在向社会和家长开放，争取全员形成教育合力方面，该校一样做得非常出色，为了争取家长的支持，邀请家长参与督教督学，如设有“家长膳食巡视员”，家长试吃校园的伙食，家长听课，填写意见表，通过家长的口啤相传，打开校门，家长无记名反馈，助教助学，请家长当考试测试员，对学生进行面试，甚至，由新入学的一年级家长抽签定分班更是学校自信十足的表现，以上种种的取信于家长，我个人估计家校之间最大限度地消除了因沟通不良和猜忌所带来的种种负面舆论，还真正做到了家校之间的强大教育联盟。对在善用家长资源方面，校长自信十足地说了一句富有见地，又能增进办学经济效益的话：
