LEASECONTRACT
出租方（甲方）【Lessor(PartyA)】：
承租方（乙付时间为当月日从前，先付后用（若乙方以汇款形式支付租金，则汇出日为支付日，汇费
由汇出方担当），甲方收到租金后应予以书面签收。

五、保证金【DepositofSecurity】
为保证房子及其隶属设备之安全与完满及租借期内有关花费之按期结算，乙方赞同支付给甲方保证金

除合同还有商定以外，甲方应于租借关系除去且乙方保证原有房子及设备完满，迁空，点清，并付清所有对付花费后当日将保证金全额无息退还乙方。

因乙方违犯本合同的规定，而产生的违约金，伤害补偿金以及对付租金及有关花费，甲方可经乙方书面确认后在保证金中抵扣，不足部分乙方一定在接到甲方付款通知后十天内补足。
