Abstract Objective: Using resting-state functional magnetic imaging (rs-fMRI) and amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (ALFF)
algorithm to investigate the abnormal spontaneous brain activities and related cognitive dysfunction in breast cancer patients after
chemotherapy. Materials and Methods: We selected twenty-nine patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast (patients group)
confirmed by pathology. All patients were female and all received standard EC-T (E: Epirubicin; C: Cyclophosphamide; T: Paclitaxel)
sequential chemotherapy. Thirty age- and education level matched female healthy volunteers (controls group) were selected during the
same period. All subjects first underwent Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) and Auditory Verbal Learning Test-
