一、编制说明
1、编制目的
为了切实做好噪声污染控制～以人为本～防止因施工产生的噪声对当地居民生活造成影响～对现场施工、管理人员的听力造成伤害和相关影响。促进施工生产与职业健康防护的有机统一～创造一个良好的施工生产环境。
2、编制依据
按照《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治管理办法》～沈阳铁路局、长吉城际铁路公司,吉图珲,、集团公司和吉林市环保单位关于噪声污染治理的要求。集团公司、经理部关于职业健康防护管理方面的文件。
3、工程概况
本工程为新建吉林至珲春铁路客运专线JHS?标段～起讫里程为:DK126+，DK127+;DK7+000，DK35+778;GDK50+424，GDK59+400。～其中桥梁长11290延长米/17座～隧道长12537延米/8座,路基长13761延长米。
本标段共设有五个工区～吉林梁场～工地材料厂共七个单位。施工现场大部分位于山区～距离居民区较远。
