除了瑞尔等少数定位高端,把诊所开在高档写字楼里,目标以针对国际客户和外资高级金领为主的外,我们所知道的佳美、亚非、芙蓉、永康等众多口腔连锁机构都是定位中端的,其医疗服务的水平也是难分伯仲的,也是但随着了解的深入发现他们各有其锁定顾客的独到之处……
中国现在的医疗市场,有的患者看病时,居然带着录音笔、摄像机,将医生的一言一行都记录下来,以便随时“对簿公堂”。这说明,有的患者把医生当成了潜在的起诉对象。社会上丑化甚至“妖魔化”医生的现象却愈演愈烈,使本已紧张的医患关系更加恶化。其中的是非我们无意评价,要想扭转更非易事。这也随着是群众的医疗保健需求的快速增长出现的问题,一方面是巨大并增长迅猛的医疗服务市场,一方面是紧张的医患关系,使得创立一个医疗服务品牌难度很高,需要多年的积累沉淀。
