二、客人资料登记要求
包括登记：就诊者姓名、性别、年龄、联系电话、就诊时间及相关症状。如是初诊患者，可进行电脑登记。如果是预约的病人应在电脑里预约系统中进行预约登记。
三、对导诊服务的要求
热情周到地为初诊复诊病人登记并引领病人到相应诊室。若医生有病人正在治疗,应安排病人就座，为病人倒茶，并告知需要等待的时间，提示病人报纸和电视位置，安抚病人焦急情绪。倘若医生告之需等候时间超过15分钟，可征求病人意见，进行口腔健康宣教，转移病人焦急情绪。
四、进行预约服务
目前开展两种预约形式：当场预约、电话预约。
当场预约 病人初次就诊，所指定的医生刚好休息或等候的时间太长，或等候的客人较多可以选择预约；或是需要复诊的患者在本次就诊结束后会当场与医生或护士预约下次就诊时间。
电话预约 为了提升护理服务档次，满足患者的需求。就诊者可直接拨打电话到诊所进行预约，前台根据医生排班并结合实际情况为患者进行预约。
