The text is a diary. There is a long tradition of writing and sometimes publishing in Western literature. The text has typical features of a diary. It is a first person account, written about events in which the writer has participated. It is written in a casual, informal style, expressing a viewpoint with reactions, reflections and feelings. The writer’s personality is evident, in this case through and exaggeration. It is written in the first person and with the simple present tense.
