车辆装备维修、战士饮食供应应急保障方案
一、目标与原则
（一）任务与目标
通过工作方案的实施提高官兵学装备爱装备的意识，改善官兵的饮食结构，保障广大官兵的身体健康与生命安全，确保以执勤灭火为中心的各项工作的顺利完成，经额济纳旗消防大队与额旗茂源汽车修理厂、额旗加油站和额旗博利超市协商共同建立车辆维修与饮食供应应急保障方案：
1、饮食保障方面：
额济纳旗公安消防大队伙食实行了饮食保障社会化，外聘等级厨师1人。与以往相比，在伙食标准不变的情况下，伙食调剂上突出了“变”、伙食种类上突出了“全”，副食制作上突出了“精”，做到在伙食结构和营养素搭配上强化早餐、丰富中餐、调剂晚餐，保证官兵每天早餐一个鸡蛋、一杯豆浆（牛奶），晚餐一份水果，中餐、晚餐五菜一汤，并增加四个腌制的小菜，做到了粗细搭配，力求适口，官兵生活水平逐步实现了由“温饱型”向“营养型”转变。为食堂安装了不锈钢灶台购置了配套的不锈钢厨具、脱排油烟机及餐具，配备了消毒柜和制式餐桌，实行分餐制，基本实现了“炊事操作机械化、炊事用具不锈钢化、膳食配餐营养化、伙食管理规范化、就餐环境幽雅化”。
