2、竞聘人员按岗位职数1：1的比例入选。如只有1人报名竞岗，其得票率须超过60％；有2人或2人以上报名竞岗，按得票率高低顺序由高到低确定各岗位拟推荐人选。无入选者的岗位由处长和党总支书记直接确定推荐人选。
3、党、政负责人对被推荐人员的德、能、勤、绩进行全面考察。
4、根据考察结果，由处长办公会决定聘任人员名单，并报学校批复，同时对拟提任人员进行公示。
5、聘任人员具体岗位如根据工作实际需要调整的，由处长办公会决定作相应岗位调整。
6、不报名参加竞聘的干部，作自动落聘处理，只保留档案工资，所有福利待遇按本人所在新岗位的规定待遇执行。

七、工作纪律
1、全员竞聘工作中，各级干部要严守纪律、坚守工作岗位，保持各项后勤保障工作正常运转。
2、严格遵守校规校纪，严禁打招呼、拉选票等徇私舞弊行为。
八、有关事项
1、请处属各部门及时通知选派的代表准时到场，迟到者不能入场。
2、请参会人员预先安排好工作，并自带水笔。
3、本次竞聘的相关事宜不再另行通知。
4、本实施方案由后勤保障处办公室负责解释。
