项目二：一圈到底
1、 项目时间：45分钟左右
2、 小组人数：18人左右
3、 所需物品：呼啦圈2个
4、 项目概述：人与人之间通过沟通互相了解，达成共识。此项目旨在检视一个团队中人员彼此沟通的状况，同时帮助畅通沟通渠道，以推动今后的相互协作。
5、 项目目的：使学员彼此以非语言形式进行沟通，以高难度沟通形式完成低难度活动。
6、 项目规则：所有学员手拉手围成一圈，用呼啦圈穿过所有人的身体回到原位。在活动过程中，不能以语言为沟通工具，只能依靠肢体语言和眼神进行沟通，相互拉着的手不能放开，也不能用手指去勾呼啦圈。计时，看最快用了多少时间完成。
7、 项目结束，教练引导进行讨论：

(2)刚才最关键的改善动作是什么?
(3)大胆请教各位，平时工作中是否也能这样互动，相互模仿学****形成公式?
