摘要
如今,高校不断扩军,毕业生数量逐年增加,就业压力大,整个就业市场需求岗位的总体状况相对趋紧已经成为了现状,就业形势十分严峻。这份焦灼也感染了在校大学生。为了缓解更早地适应社会,很多大学生都选择了兼职。它已经成为大学生生活中不可或缺的一部分。但是,我们该如何来面对大学生兼职?大学生又该如何去做兼职呢?为了解答这些问题,也为了帮助我们同学更了解兼职、树立正确的兼职管观,我们FOF团队在暑期通过发放问卷、实地采访,调查了以北京大学生兼职市场为主体的大学生兼职状况,从一点一面寻求相关信息。

Abstract:
At present, the employment market demand post's overall condition hastened tightly relatively already became the present situation, the employment situation has been very anxiety has also been infected with college students. In order to alleviate earlier adapt to society, many students choose the part-time job. It has e an important part of college life. But, how should we face college part-time?
