7、大学生后备干部在生产、技术质量、销售等部门及车间（分厂）副职岗位工作满一年以上，考核评价为优秀的，可提拔到正职岗位继续锻炼；
8、大学生后备干部在生产、技术质量、销售等部门及车间（分厂）正职岗位工作满一年以上，考核评价为优秀的，可作为厂级后备干部培养。
9、被评价为“较好”的后备干部,由基层单位指出不足点,帮助改进,可继续在原岗位考察使用或交流使用。
10、被评价为“不胜任”的后备干部由单位提出解除后备干部意见，报公司批准后实施。
11、后备干部如因工作变动等原因发生变更时，应在一个月内上报公司组织人事部。
六、相关要求
1、实施后备干部培养计划的单位：
建安一公司、建安二公司、建安三公司、建安通讯公司、建安五公司、建安设备工程公司、建安鲅鱼圈分公司、建安鞍山分公司、设备总厂、电控工程公司、机械制造厂、工程公司水泥厂、商业管理处。
2、后备干部的培养和管理工作将做为领导干部年度工作考核内容之一。
本办法由公司组织人事部负责解释。
