根据根据《中华人民共和国合同法》及有关法律、法规规定～甲、乙双方在平等自愿、协商一致的基础上。就甲方以乙方名义购房达成如下协议:

的行为～在甲方使用过程中～涉及必须乙方出面签名等事项应
给予配合。
3、乙方及其亲属不得对该房屋主张任何权益～更不得作为遗产发
生继承关系。
4、乙方负责将本协议购房事宜告知乙方的所有利害关系人～包括
父母、子女及配偶。
5、因甲方为该房屋的所有人及使用人～作为代理人的乙方和名义
上的产权人～在任何情况下不得对该楼房进行侵占、破坏、转
卖、出租、抵押及赠与等行为～乙方以上行为均无效～造成甲
方损失的应当承担相应责任。
五、关于违约责任的约定:
1、若在甲方交付定金后～乙方单方面毁约～乙方应反还甲方本金
并按同期银行贷款利率四倍支付利息,
2、乙方若就所购房屋进行侵占、破坏、转卖、出租、抵押及赠与～
视为乙方违约,
3、对于乙方造成的违约行为～直接或间接的对甲方造成的任何损
失～将由乙方负责～甲方可对乙方保留继续追究法律责任的权
利。
