对药品、医疗器械以外的其他应急物资的产品质量监督检查，保证产品质量。
各村卫生室：发动、组织、协调本村及有关单位与人员参与辖区内重大传染病疫情应急工作；配合协助市级工作组和有关部门做好事件调查处置、后勤保障、信息上报、善后处理及恢复生产生活秩序等工作；开展有关传染病防控知识宣传，提高群众预防保健意识和能力；
三、疫情处理专业技术机构
(一)卫生院及村卫生室
主要负责病人的现场抢救，配合上级医疗单位救治工作。
(二)各村卫生所医生
主要负责对疫情发生地的食品卫生、环境卫生以及医疗卫生机构的疫情报告、医疗救治、传染病防治等工作进行协助上级执法监督。
(三设置监测点
根据重大传染病疫情的流行特征及防治工作需要，按疫情发展需要，可适时调整监测点的设置。
1、按上级重大传染病疫情应急预案中规定执行
2、疫情报告
重大传染病疫情发生后，我院、各村卫生室及其工作人员必须按照《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》和《突发公共卫生事件应急条件》规定的报告时限和程序进行报告。
3、消毒处理
