文档介绍：1 年产 万吨绿色啤酒瓶玻璃厂原料车间的设计无机非金属材料专业 036 班: 孙建林指导老师:郭宏伟(陕西科技大学材料科学与工程学院陕西西安 710021 ) 摘要: 本次设计内容为一个年生产 24000 吨绿色啤酒瓶玻璃厂原料车间, 包括了原料车间的工艺及工厂总平面布置。设计的内容: 玻璃的成分设计及性能论证、物料衡算、配料车间工艺流程、设备的选型、车间工艺布置等。主要设备:料仓、混料机、斗提机、配料秤、集料皮带等。设计中不仅要考虑原料制备, 混合工艺, 混合机械, 还要考虑土建结构, 力争使设计出的玻璃性能合乎预先设计的玻璃。设计成果包括一份设计说明书、四张原料车间布置图和一张总平面布置图。关键词: 物料衡算,啤酒瓶,原料车间, 工艺设计 D esign ofar aw materials workshop of2 4-thousand tons green glass beer bottle p er year ABSTRACT : The content of the design isa materials workshop that produced 24,000 tons of green glass beer bottles per year .I ncluding : position design, performance appraisal, the material balance , batching workshop process, equipment selection and shop layout process. Major equipment: Silo, mixer, b ucket e levator, weightier, such as aggregate belt. Design must consider not only raw materials, mixing techniques, mixing machinery, and also have to consider the civil engineering structure, strive to design the glass out of the pre-designed properties of the glass. K EY WORDS : Material balance, beer bottles, workshop materials, process design 1 前言为适应陕西省啤酒行业发展需要, 经陕西省纪委批准在陕西省榆林市筹建年产 万吨低铅玻璃工厂,依据城建局指示,经厂址考察组在市内考察,结合青岛啤酒在榆林市建立了新的基地,以及空地面积、拆迁工程量、交通水电条件等因素, 通过技术经济指标分析比较, 厂区选择在榆林市火车站东一带。而这次毕业设计所涉及的玻璃品种为日用玻璃中的瓶罐玻璃。瓶罐玻璃具有卫生、美观、透明、化学稳定性高、不透气、易于密封、保持盛装物品的性质不变以及可以多次周期使用、原料
