——企业文化的传播和建设对员工心理契约的影响
[摘要] 本文从心理契约与企业文化的相互作用入手,以构建良性心理契约为主线,分析了心理契约的形成、调整、重建和传承四个环节。文章旨在揭示如何结合企业文化对员工的心理契约进行构建和调整,同时尝试找出一种对组织中心理契约关系进行调研和测量的应用工具。文章认为企业文化通过文化关注的方式影响和调试员工的心理契约:通过渗透、融合的方式关注员工责任感、价值观的变化;通过目标导向的方式关注员工奋斗的方向;通过凝聚、调试的方式关注员工和组织之间合作的状况。

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT UNDER CORPORATE CULTURE
[Abstract] Started with the interaction between psychological contract and corporate culture, based on the formation of well-structured ones, this article tried to analyze four steps of the psychological contract life circle which included formation, adjustment, rebuild and continuance. It sought the way to build and coordinate psychological contract under corporate culture, as well as an application oriented method of measuring and studying psychological contract. It was believed that corporate culture affect and coordinate psychological contract in three ways, which was called the “cultural focus”. Firstly, through ration bination, it focused on the change of responsibility sense and value system of employees. Secondly, enterprises should focus on the direction in which employees were fighting with target oriented methods. Thirdly, the corporation level between employees and employers should be focused on by coordination and agglomeration.
