文档介绍:浅谈 3D 打印技术之选择性激光烧结技术的原理特点和应用学院:电子工程学院专业班级: 姓名: 学号: 摘要:3D打印技术作为第三次工业革命的代表性技术之一,越来越受到工业界和投资界的关注,在详细介绍 3D打印技术具有数字制造、降维制造、堆积制造、直接制造和快速制造等优点的基础上,具体给出了光固化成形、材料喷射、粘结剂喷射、熔融沉积制造、选择性激光烧结、片层压和定向能量沉积这七类 3D打印工艺。【1】本文主要涉及 3D打印技术的选择性激光烧结技术这一方面,并就这一出发点来讨论选择性激光烧结技术在工业、医用、民用品等领域的加工,介绍了选择性激光烧结技术的原理、特点及其研究发展状况,简述了选择性激光烧结金属粉末的典型成型工艺,并简要分析讨论了选择性激光烧结技术成型金属零件所存在的一些问题。最后,总结了选择性激光烧结技术的应用和发展前景。关键词: 3D打印、选择性激光烧结技术、生物医用、烧结高分子材料、陶瓷成型、创新技术 Abstract: 3D printing technology isone of the third industrial revolution; it has been increaingly e popular in the industrial sectors and munity. On the basis of introduction the advantages of3D printing technology, . ,digital manufacturing, dimension reduction manufacturing, additive manufacturing, direct manufacturing and rapid manufaturing, seven types of3D printing processes, , stereo lithigraphy apparatus, polyjet, three dimensional printing and gluing, fused deposition modeling, selecting laser sintering, laminated object manufacturing and laser shape are paper mainly relates to the 3D printing technology of selective laser sintering technology asone hand, and this is just a starting point to discuss the selective laser sintering technology applied in the field of industrial, medical and civilian products the passage introduces the principle, characteristics and research development situation of selective laser sintering technology, expounding the typical of selective laser sintering of metal powder forming technology, and discuss some problems of the forming metal parts of selective laser sintering , the application of selective laser sintering technology is summarized and the development prospect it has been shown.
