七、关于步行街顶棚
1）一定要加盖封顶，一是保持室内步行街产品的纯粹性；二是避免冬季无法正常经营；步行街采光顶的开口宽度，应较下层开口两侧各扩大800mm；（规划院强制条文已列）
2）一定要设计为玻璃采光顶，为便于后期经营管理，提升建筑品质，建议玻璃采光顶由连续设计方式改为分段设立；
3）步行街的采光廊和中庭的采光天棚：步行街的采光廊考虑广告装饰物的安装，需要预留一定数量的吊挂件，中庭的吊挂件预留最低4～6个（商管建议最好达到8个），采光廊按每跨预留一处吊挂件，宜考虑电动提升装置。中庭的采光天棚及步行街的采光廊应进行节能设计，必须设置电动遮阳装置。（规划院强制条文已列）

1）是否设有步行街入口大标识系统、LED的规格应该多大，视距应保障多少？ LED显示屏且视觉醒目程度？
