Abstract: Under the "carbon peaking and neutrality" goals, the construction of new power system will surely
promote the participation of user side in the real-time energy balance. For large-scale industrial parks that are
widely distributed on the user-side in China, it is necessary to build an integrated energy system which
complements each other with cold, heat, electricity, and gas. Through coordinating internal operaion strategies
combined with the auxiliary adjustment of various internal flexible resources, the integrated energy system can
play the role of supporting the balance of power system, promoting the economic of industrial park and the
consumption of region renewable energy. Therefore, this paper proposes a multi-time scale dispatch model of
integrated energy system considering energy and auxiliary service markets to optimize the energy usage of
industrial park, and uses the equivalent linearization method to solve nonlinear programming problem. The cases
