文档介绍:摘要本设计针对某化工厂合成车间, 用于监控合成釜进程。在分析行业内合成釜控制的基础上, 调查研究了针对生产此种催化剂自动控制的工艺和方法,并经过与当前自动控制系统进行比选,对方案进行了技术和效率分析比对,最终确定采用 SHCAN2000 现场总线控制系统,上位机采用组态王软件。此方案控制效果良好,易于维护管理,自动化程度高的特点,能快速、准确、稳定的控制合成釜的反应过程,使工艺参数符合要求。本课题采用 SHCAN2000 控制系统,结合组态王监控软件设计人机对话界面从而实现合成釜监控系统的设计。用户在组态王中实现动画显示、报警处理、流程控制、实时曲线和报表输出等功能。同时提供数据输出接口,对 SHCAN2000 下位机进行参数设置。调试结果表明,所设计的监控系统满足任务要求。关键词: FCS 合成釜组态王 SHCAN2000 ABSTRACT This design for a chemical plant synthesis workshop is used to monitor the process of the synthesis kettle. In the analysis of industry synthesis reactor control based on investigation and study,the process and method of automatic control for the production of this catalyst was investigated and studi ed,after the automatic control parison, the scheme of technology and efficiency analysis parison, and ultimately determine the SHCAN2000 field bus control system and PC using Kingview scheme has good control effect, easy maintenance and management, high automation degree, and can control the reaction process of the synthesis reactor quickly, accurately and stably, so that the process parameters can meet the requirements. This design utilize SHCAN2000 control system, combined with the Kingview software to design the man-machine dialogue interface, so as to enable the design of monitoring system for synthesis achieve animation display, alarm processing, process control, real-time curve, report output and other functions in Kingview software. At the same time, we provide the data output interface , and set up the parameters of the SHCAN2000 puter. Debugging results shows that the designed monitoring system meets the requirements of the task.
