文档介绍:1 莪术细粉提取挥发油的工艺研究【摘要】目的研究药材粉碎度、加水量、提取时间对莪术挥发油提出率的影响,研究挥发油提出速度的影响因素。方法以单因素对比实验, 考察加水量与粉碎度对挥发油提出率的影响; 以挥发油提出率为指标,用 L9 ( 34) 正交实验, 优化提取条件, 考察药材粉碎度、加水量、提取时间对挥发油提出率的影响; 以单因素对比实验, 探讨挥发油提出速度的影响因素。结果药材粉碎度、加水量、提取时间对挥发油提出率均有显著性影响, 最佳提取工艺条件为: 莪术粉碎度为 40~ 80 目,药∶水为 1∶ 40 ,提取时间为 2h 。结论随药材粉碎度、加水量、提取时间的增加,挥发油提出率增加; 出油速度与药材的粉碎度、加水量均成正相关关系。【关键词】水蒸气蒸馏法挥发油出油率出油速度 The Process of Extracting Volatile Oil from the Micro 拟 powder of Rhizoma Curcumea 2 Abstract : ObjectiveTo study the effect of grinding degree of material,quantity of water and distillation time upon volatile oil yield. To sutdy experimental parameters on extraction experiment was carried out with L9(34)orthogonal design,by determining the volatile oil yield,to study the effect of grinding degree of material,quantity of water and distillation time upon volatile oil yield. Experimental parameters on extraction rate was studied with contrast degree of material,quantity of water and extraction time had remarkable effect upon volatile oil optimum parameters were as follows:grinding degree of Rhizoma Curcumea trumeric was 40~ 80拟 mesh powder,ratio of material and water was 1∶ 40,distillation time was 2 oil yield increases as the grinding degree of material, quantity of water for distillation time degree of material and quantity of water has positive effect up
