文档介绍:1 高效液相色谱法测定复方厚朴颗粒中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量作者:夏厚林,盛燕, 周晓梅, 吴希, 董敏, 谭玲【关键词】复方厚朴颗粒; ,, 高效液相色谱法; ,, 厚朴酚; ,, 和厚朴酚摘要:目的建立 HPLC 法测定复方厚朴颗粒中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量。方法采用 DiamondsilCMC18 色谱柱( mm × 200 mm,5 μm); 流动相为甲醇-% 磷酸溶液( 78∶ 22) ;流速 1 ml/min ;柱温 35℃;检测波长 294 nm 。结果厚朴酚的线性范围为 1~ 2μg, r= 9, 平均回收率为 %,RSD=% ;和厚朴酚的线性范围为 06~ 2μg ,r=1 ,平均回收率为 % , RSD=% 。结论该方法结果准确, 重现性好, 可作为复方厚朴颗粒质量控制的定量方法。关键词: 复方厚朴颗粒; 高效液相色谱法; 厚朴酚; 和厚朴酚 2 Determination of Magnolol and Honokiol pound Houpu Granule By HPLC Abstract : ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol pound Houpu The samples were analyzed ona DiamondsilCMC18 column ( mm × 200 mm,5 μ m). The mobile phase was a mixture of MeOH-%H3PO4(78:22);the rate of flow was 1ml/min; the column temperature was 35℃; the detection wavelength was 294 graph was linear in the range of 1~ 2μ g,r= 9 for magnolol, 06~ 12μ g, r=1 for honokiol. The recovery was %, RSD=% for magnolol; %,RSD=% for method is sensitive and its results are accurate with good reproducibility .It can be used for the quality control pound Houpu Granule.
