文档介绍:1 黄连消渴颗粒提取工艺改进的研究作者:邓月婷马超英陈陆蒋合众李燕【摘要】目的改进黄连消渴颗粒的提取工艺。方法分别以盐酸小檗碱和多糖的含量为指标, 采用正交设计法和单因素比较法,设计优选了黄连消渴颗粒剂的提取工艺。结果优选出的提取工艺为:黄连与原方中其余四味药分开提取;黄连粗粉浸泡 30 min 后,用 12, 10 倍量水提取 2 次, 提取时间均为 h; 其余 4 味药一起提取, 浸泡 30 min ,加 10 倍量水提取 1次, 提取时间为 h。结论该实验确定的提取工艺方法合理,稳定可行。【关键词】盐酸小檗碱多糖提取工艺 Abstract : ObjectiveTo improve the extraction technology of Huang-lian-xiao-ke Granule. MethodsThe extraction technology for Huang-lian-xiao-ke Granule was optimized through parative and orthogonal law with the use of the extraction rate of berberine hydrochloride and 2 haride as the assessment index. ResultsThe optimized extraction technology for Huang-lian-xiao-ke Granule was as follows: Copis chinensis Franch. and the other four kinds of raw materials in the origin prescription were decocted separately; after soaked for 30min, the coarse powder of Copis chinensis Franch was decocted with 12,10 times water each time and both for ; after soaked for 30min, the four kinds of raw materials were decocted together for just one time with 10 times water. ConclusionThe extraction technology is reasonable, stable and easy to operate. Key words : Berberine hydrochloride ; haride ; Extraction technology 黄连消渴颗粒是本课题组在研的一个六类中药新药, 由黄连、黄芪、山药等 5 味药组成, 具有清热润燥、益气养阴、生津止渴等功效, 临床上主要用于治疗消渴(2 型糖尿病)[1]。为了充分提取有效成分, 提高疗效, 同时也为制成固体制剂提供实验依据,本文对其提取工艺进行了研究。因方中降血糖的主要成分为盐酸小檗碱和多糖, 根据其性质及该方的临床应用, 故初步确定君药黄连与其余 4 味药分开提取,均用水提。 3 1 仪器与材
