[Summary]目的 探讨丁苯酞软胶囊+依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法 选取2015年12月～2016年7月我院收治的162例脑梗死患者作为研究对象[±]， [±] points）， NIHSS scores after treatment in the observation group （[±] points） were lower than those in the control group （[±] points）， and the differences were statistically significant （P<）. The total effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was %， which was significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for %， and the difference was statistically significant （P<）. There was no significant difference in scores of life quality between two groups before treatment （P>）. Scores of life quality after treatment in two groups were higher than those before treatment， and the differences were statistically significant （P<）. Scores of life quality after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<）. Conclusion For patients with cerebral infarction， on the basis of Edaravone treatment， combination of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules can obtain a remarkable effect by improving patients′ neurological， cognitive， and motor function as well as the quality of life， and enhance patients′
activity of daily living， which is worthy of further exploration in the clinic.
