文档介绍：非小细胞肺癌吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗效果观察(1) 非小细胞肺癌吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗效果观察摘要: 目的: 观察吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌(Non-small Cell Lung Cancer) 的临床效果。方法:将 114 例 NSCLC 患者随机分为观察组( N=52 )和对照组( N=52 ) ,观察组给予吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗方案,对照组给予多西他赛联合顺铂治疗方案, 观察两组患者的临床有效率和不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率( % )与对照组总有效率( % )差异无统计学意义( P> ) ;两组患者血红蛋白下降( %% )、肾功能异常( %% )、恶心呕吐( %% )、腹泻( %% ) 的发生率之间的差异无统计学意义( P> ); 观察组肌肉酸痛 % 、白细胞下降 % 、肝功能异常 % 的发生率均显著低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义, P< ; 皮疹 % 、血小板下降 % 的发生率显著高于对照组, P< 。结论:吉西他滨联合顺铂是治疗非小细胞肺癌的有效方法,与多西他赛联合治疗 NSCLC 的临床效果相似,且吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗的患者不良反应较轻,临床上值得推广。关键词:非小细胞肺癌,吉西他滨,顺铂 Clinical effect observation Of bined with cisplatin in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer Abstract : Objective: to observe the clinical of bined with cisplatin in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
