文档介绍:摘要组合机床是随着生产力发展,由万能机床和专用机床发展而来的。组合机床是根据工件加工需要,以大量通用部件为基础,配以少量专用部件组成的一种高效专用机床。组合机床应用越来越普遍,并显示出其巨大的优越性。具体表现在自动化程度高,加工精度高, 加工质量稳定,还能减轻工人的劳动强度等等。这次设计的是完成对缸盖上轴孔系的加工,如果采用通用机床加工不能使工序集中, 同时会费时、费力,而且不利于保证其孔的加工精度。而组合机床可以进行多刀加工,能使工序集中,使加工简化,同时也能保证要求的加工精度,能一次装夹两个工件完成六个孔的加工。本设计的是机床总体设计和夹具设计,主要完成工序图、加工示意图、编制生产率计算卡以及夹具装配图和部分零件图。并且这种机床结构简单、生产效率高,符合生产实际的需要。通过对该机床的设计,主要了解组合机床的基本原理,体验组合机床的设计过程,掌握设计方法,并培养自己的设计思想,为就业打下坚实的基础。关键词: 组合机床, 夹具,工序图,夹具设计 Abstract bined lathe develops from the all-purpose machine tool and the special machine tool with the development of production forces. It isa kind of high-efficiency special machine tools, which according to the process need of work-piece, on the basis ofa large number general-purpose parts equipped with a few special parts. bined lathe is made use more general, Displaying concretely in the automatic degree high, the machining accuracy is high, processing quality is steady, still can lighten labor intensity, etc. The design plete on the axis cylinder head machining holes . If adopted general purpose machine not only make process tobe centralized, at the same time have been time-consuming and strenuousity, but also donot benefit to guarantee the machining accuracies of hole. Whereas bined lathe can proceed multitool process, get process centralized and get process simplify, along with guarantee machining accuracy that require, complete process of six holes once. the design mission isa overall design and jig design of bined lathe, plete the design of the drawing of working procedure and the processing schematic, the machine tools general drawing, the calculating card of productivity and jig assemble drawing and part of parts drawing. the machine tool ’ structure simplicity and high of production efficiency, fit for demand of actual produce. Through the design I have understood the rationale bined lathe and design method of bined lathe and educated design habits. That isa solid foundation for our employment.
