固镇县乡镇卫生院奖励基金
使用管理办法
第一章 总 则
    第一条  为进一步完善乡镇卫生院奖惩激励机制，充分调动基层医务人员工作积极性，根据固镇县人民政府办公室《关于印发<固镇县乡镇卫生院改革试点方案>等8个基层医药卫生体制综合改革试点工作配套文件的通知》（固政办〔2009〕108号），制定本办法。
    第二条  本办法所称奖励基金是指县政府建立的乡镇卫生院奖励基金（以下简称“奖励基金”）。
    第三条   奖励基金用于奖励绩效考核优秀的乡镇卫生院、院长及工作人员。
    第四条  县政府每年拿出60万元建立乡镇卫生院奖励基金，县级财政每年列入预算。
    第五条  县财政设立奖励基金专户，确保专款专用。
第二章 奖项设置和奖励标准
     第六条 先进乡镇卫生院：考核设置一等奖1名，奖励10万元；二等奖2名，每个单位奖励7万元；三等奖3名，每个单位奖励4万元；未完成核定的医疗服务任务的，不得评为先进乡镇卫生院。奖金用于乡镇卫生院工作人员奖金发放（具体的分配方案由各单位制定，并上报县卫生局备案）。
