文档介绍：1 儿童哮喘治疗依从性影响因素的临床调查【摘要】目的: 调查和分析儿童哮喘治疗依从性的影响因素。方法:对 372 例哮喘患儿中因依从性不好未正规治疗而影响疗效的 156 例进行问卷调查, 统计并分析患儿依从性差的原因。结果: 156 例(占确诊总人数的 % )中断治疗或非规范用药, 其依从性的影响因素依次为怀疑医生诊断(占 % ) 、嫌治疗繁琐和漫长(占 % ) 、对疗效不满(占 % ) 、担心药物副作用(占 % )和经济原因(占 % )等。结论:儿童哮喘治疗的依从性受多方面因素的影响, 应采取积极的综合干预措施以提高患儿用药的依从性。【关键词】儿童;哮喘;依从性;影响因素[ Abstract ] Objective: To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of pliance in treatment of asthma in children, in order to improve therapeutic effects on asthma with the corresponding interventions. Methods: Among 372 cases of asthma in children a survey was conducted of 156 cases with 2 poor efficacy because of pliance and an analysis was done statistically in search for the causes of pliance. Results: The treatment of the 156 cases (%) was interrupted or with non 拟 standardized medication, with the influencing factors of pliance as the following: doubts on the diagnosis of doctors (%), dislike of the tediousness and the long duration of the treatment (%), dissatisfaction with the effects (%), worry about drug side 拟 effects (%) and economic reasons (%), et al. Conclusions: pliance in treatment of asthma in children are influenced by various factors, prehensive interventions should be taken actively to improve pliance of medication in children.
