文档介绍：1 关节镜下清理术治疗膝化脓性关节炎摘要: 目的探讨关节镜下清理术治疗膝化脓性关节炎的方法及疗效。方法对 26 例膝化脓性关节炎采用关节镜下关节清理术、术后持续冲洗引流、早期功能锻炼, 再结合全身使用抗生素等治疗,通过定期随访进行疗效评定。结果 26 例患者均治愈, 无一例复发。4 例慢性膝化脓性关节炎患者术后关节功能有一定程度的改善。 22 例急性膝化脓性关节炎患者关节功能恢复良好,按 Neer 评分,优 15例,良5例, 可2 例,优良率 % 。结论采用关节镜下关节清理术、术后持续冲洗引流、早期功能锻炼的方法治疗膝化脓性关节炎,具有创伤小、恢复快、方法简单、疗效明显的优点。关键词: 关节镜; 化脓性关节炎; 清理术 Treatment of Suppurative Knee Arthritis with Debridement Under Arthroscopy LIN Rui-xin ( Department of Orthopaedics , The 3rd Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College , Zhejiang 2 Wenzhou325200 , China ) Abstract:Objective To introduce a new method of arthroscopic treatment of suppurative knee arthritis , and in-vestigate its therapeutic 26patients with suppurative knee arthritis were treated by debridement un-der arthroscopy and constant irrigation and early function execises All patients were patients knee function of4patients with chronic suppurative knee arthritis were knee function of22acute suppurative patients was evaluated by Neer Score:excellent in15cases , good in5cases , fair and good rate %.Conclusion Debridement under arthroscopy and constant irrigation and early function execises postoperatively is an ideal therapeutic method which is less invasive , makes surgery easier and recoveres better .
