文档介绍：1 小归芍颗粒治疗胃癌前病变 119 例证候疗效观察【摘要】目的观察小归芍颗粒治疗胃癌前病变( PLGC ) 临床疗效。方法将 236 例 PLGC 患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 119 例予小归芍颗粒,每次 1 袋,饭前 30min 服用,每日3次; 对照组 117 例予胃复春片, 每次 4片, 饭前 30min 服用, 每日 3次。2 组疗程均为 3 个月, 观察证候疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为 % , 对照组为 % ,2 组比较差异有统计学意义( ); 治疗组脾胃湿热证、胃络瘀血证疗效优于对照组( ) ,肝胃不和证、脾胃虚弱证、胃阴不足证 2 组疗效差异无统计学意义( ); 治疗组对胃及两胁胀满、胃痛疗效明显优于对照组( ) ,对大便干燥疗效优于对照组( ) ,对嗳气疗效 2 组差异无统计学意义( ); 治疗组对舌红、舌黯红有瘀斑、舌苔白腻和舌苔黄疗效明显优于对照组( ); 对舌淡胖有齿痕疗效 2组比较差异无统计学意义( )。结论小归芍颗粒治疗胃癌前病变疗效确切。【关键词】癌前状态; 活血; 健脾; 清热; 胃肿瘤 2 Clinical effect of granula of Xiaoguishao granula of traditional Chinese herbs on patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer WANG Zhikun , LIUHong , ZHANGWEi Digestion , HebEI Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine , Shijiazhuang , 050011 【 Abstracts 】 Objective To observe to clinical effect of granula of Xiaoguishao granula of traditional Chinese herbs on patients with precancerous lesions of gastric 236patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer were randomly divided into two in the treatment group were administrated Xiaoguishao granula according to different symptoms and signs3times a day , one pouch each time , 30min before in the control group were given the tables of Wei fu-chun , 3times a day , 4tables each times , 30min before meal , for three The total effective rate in treatment group %and that in the control %.There was a significant dif-ference in 3 manifestation curative effect between two groups ( ) .Treatment group was superior to that in the control group to damp-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome and stomach stagnant blood syndrome patients ( ) .There was no significant difference in liver-stomach disharmony syndrome type , deficiency of spleen and stomach type and stom-ach yin-deficiency type ( ) between two curative effects of treatment group is higher than that in the control grou
