　　第十一条国税系统固定资产分为房屋及建筑物、一般设备、专用设备、文物及陈列品、图书和其他固定资产六大类，下设子目和细目。

　　房屋及建筑物类资产，是指各级国家税务局拥有所有权或使用权的土地、房屋、建筑物及其他附属设施。包括土地、办公用房、职工宿舍和其他建筑物4个子目。
　　（一）土地，指其上无建筑物、有专门用途、并已办理土地证的空地，包括农场、果园和其他土地3个细目。
　　（二）办公用房，指用于办公的房屋、建筑物及其附属设施。
　　（三）职工宿舍，指职工宿舍及其附属设施等。
　　（四）其他建筑物，指培训中心、教学楼、招待所等建筑物。包括培训中心、教学楼、招待所和其他4个细目。
　　第十三条一般设备类资产。
　　一般设备类资产，指用于税收业务工作的通用性设备。包括15个子目。
　　（一）小汽车，指小轿车、吉普车、旅行车以及属于小轿车型、吉普车型、旅行车型的各种封闭式车辆。包括小轿车、吉普车、车内座位在20个以下的旅行车和其他小汽车4个细目。
　　（二）大轿车，指车内座位在20个以上或车长在6米以上的旅行车。
