国税局落实“便民办税春风行动”三十条措施
为落实“便民办税春风行动”工作要求，进一步提高办税效率，减轻办税负担，方便纳税人办税，提升全市，武穴市国税局现根据相关制度，结合工作实际，推出30条便民办税服务措施。
一、免填单事项
1、个体工商户办理设立税务登记、重新税务登记、变更登记，实行免填单；
2、双定户停复业登记实行免填单；
3、增值税小规模纳税人发票票种的初始核定，实行免填单；
4、纳税人资料及签章齐全的情况下，税务机关代开增值税普通发票实行免填单；
5、纳税人资料及签章齐全的情况下，税务机关代开货物运输专用发票实行免填单；
6、纳税人领购发票实行免填单，但纳税评估风险等级为一、二级和2年内受到税务机关罚款处罚的纳税人除外。
二、取消事项
7、取消申请使用经营地发票调查巡查；
8、取消开具红字增值税专用发票通知单调查巡查；
9、取消大额普通发票代开调查巡查；
10、取消增值税专用发票挂失调查巡查；
11、取消未按期认证增值税扣税凭证逾期抵扣调查巡查；
