文档介绍：1 泽泻不同提取物对高脂血症小鼠血脂及脂质过氧化的影响作者:李淑子金在久张善玉【摘要】目的观察泽泻多糖、泽泻水提物及醇提物对治疗小鼠高脂血症及抗氧化的作用。方法采用高脂饲料建立实验小鼠高脂血症模型, 实验设正常对照组、模型对照组、泽泻多糖组、泽泻水提物和泽泻醇提物组, 用胶股蓝片作阳性对照。饲喂高脂饲料两周后, 用泽泻提取物灌胃给药 21d ,检测小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC) 、三酰甘油(TG) 、高密度脂蛋白- 胆固醇(HDL-C) 、小鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 活力及丙二醛(MDA) 含量等指标, 并通过计算脾脏、胸腺免疫器官指数值观察小鼠的免疫能力。结果泽泻多糖、泽泻水提物及泽泻醇提物均能显著降低高脂血症模型小鼠血清中 TC 、 TG , 升高 HDL-C , 改善小鼠的动脉硬化指数值(AI) , 而且均能显著提高肝组织 SO D 活力, 降低肝组织 MD A 含量, 还能明显升高高脂血症肥胖小鼠的脾脏、胸腺指数值。结论泽泻三种提取物不仅对肥胖小鼠的血脂紊乱具有良好的调节作用, 而且能提高肥胖小鼠的抗氧化能力, 并能增强肥胖小鼠的免疫能力。 2 【关键词】泽泻;多糖;脂代谢; SOD ; MDA 【 Abstract 】 Objective To study the effect of water and alcohol extracts of Talisman orientalis haride on blood lipid and antioxidation of experimental hyperlipidemia All the mice were fed with foods abundant in high-fat to establish model of hyperlipidemia. They were divided randomly by wEight into the model, control, haride, extracts of Talisman orientalis groups, and the Jiaogulan troche group as positive control. The mice were fed with foods abundant in high-fat for 2 weeks, then administrated orally with extracts of Talisman orientalis for 21 days. The total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG) and high-density lipoprotEIn (HDL-C)in fat mice ’s blood serum and liver ’s SOD and liver ’s MDA were determined. The immune function was observed through calculated the mice ’s spleen and thymus The water and alchohl extracts of Talisman orientalis and haride can decrease the TC, TG, increase the HDL-C and improve the arteriosclerosis Index (AI), increase the SOD vitality and decrease the MDA content of liver significantly, increase the fat mice ’s spleen and thymus index The extracts of Talisman orientalis can 3 not only modate disorders of metabolizing blood lipid, but also enhance anti-oxidation capacity and immune function of hyperlipidemia mice. 【 Key words 】 Alisman orientalis ; haride ; Fat metabolize ; SOD ; MDA 泽泻为泽泻科植物泽泻 Alisma orientalis(Sam.)Juzep. 的干燥块茎。其性寒, 味甘、淡, 归肾、膀胱经。具有利水渗湿、泄热之功效。用于小便不利、水肿胀满、泄泻、尿少、痰饮、眩晕、热淋涩
