二是实施上下联动，为许可注册开辟绿色通道。与省、市食品药品监管部门沟通协调，协助企业办事。进一步简化审批程序，打造阳光政务，推行“四零服务”（零收费、零距离指导、零时限办理、零假日服务）、“VIP服务”和“预约服务”，实行“一次性”告知、“一站式”服务和“***”审批，为企业开办、产品注册开辟高效便捷的绿色通道。
三是围绕转型升级，为产业壮大积极献计献策。2010年，我局围绕“加快转变发展方式，促进经济转型升级”，与市委办、市委研究室联合对我市新医药产业发展现状进行了调查摸底。历时3个多月，实地走访20余家生产企业，并赴**区进行了实地考察，起草了新医药产业发展情况的调研报告。针对性地提出了“编制新医药产业发展规划、规划建设医疗器械产业园区、加大规模企业培育力度、制定相应的扶持政策、建立行业协会组织”等意见、建议，为我市加快发展新医药及新型医疗器械产业提供了有益参考。
关注民生，构建和谐，保障全市人民饮食用药安全
五年来，在助推全市医药产业发展的同时，我局把保障群众饮食用药安全作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点，通过完善市场监管，深化专项整治，使食品药品放心消费指数逐年提高。五年来，全市未发生一起源发性食品药品安全事件。
一是药械市场秩序得到有效整顿与规范。先后开展了药品安全专项整治、打击制售假冒知名品牌药品及医疗器械、假劣高风险药品、邮售假药、非法添加药物活性成分药品等20
