一、按致灾地质作用动力成因分类
致灾地质作用都是在一定动力诱发下发生的,诱惑动力有自然的,也有人为的。据此,将地质灾害按动力成因概分为自然地质灾害和人为地质灾害两大类。有的又将自然地质灾害按动力成因划分为地球内部动力的和外部动力的两大类,前者如构造运动、岩浆活动、地震等;后者如风化、侵蚀搬运、沉积等。
自然地质灾害发生的地点、规模和频度,受自然地质条件制约,不以人类发展历史和人类意志为转移。人为地质灾害受人类工程,开发活动制约,常随社会经济发展而日益严重。人类活动已成为强大的地质营力,参与地壳表层系统的演化,给地球环境的变化带来极大影响,人为作用单独或叠加在自然地质作用之上加剧和诱发了许多地质灾害,所以防止人为地质灾害发生已成为地质灾害防治的一个侧重方面。
