Methods 65 depressive patients were divided into research group(n=33, took trazodone 50~200mg/d) and control group(n=32,did fluoxetine 20~40mg/d) for 6 weeks. The curative effects and adverse reactions were assessed with the HAMD, HAMA, CGISI and TESS respectively.
