Methods The data of one hundred and thirteen patients with hemorrhoids who underwent TST and accepted nursing care were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 113 plete return of hemorrhoidal nucleus right away was in 80 plete return of hemorrhoidal nucleus 3 days after surgery was in 18 cases,plete return of hemorrhoidal nucleus within one week after surgery was in 15 postoperative retention of urine occurred in 31 cases and urinary catheter was kept in5 -eight patients presented with postoperative anal pain and 41 cases with postoperative anal pendant expansion,which both came up in5 to7 days after of defecation increasing to4 2 times 3 days after surgery was in 16 hospital stay ranged from 5 to 15 days,at average of( ± )days. Conclusion Perioperative nursing after TST is very can strengthen patient ′s cooperation,guarantee the surgery go smoothly,and prevent and deal with occurrence plications,which is of great importa
