文档介绍：1 ***哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合***桂利嗪治疗偏头痛伴抑郁疗效观察与护理体会【摘要】目的:探究***哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合***桂利嗪治疗偏头痛伴抑郁的临床效果,总结治疗过程中的护理体会。方法: 选取本院 2013 年3月-2015 年3 月收治的偏头痛伴抑郁患者共 58 例,按照就诊时间顺序利用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受单纯***桂利嗪治疗,观察组患者接受***哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合***桂利嗪治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后偏头痛发作次数、持续发作时间, 偏头痛治疗效果、抑郁缓解程度及治疗过程中出现的不良反应。结果:两组患者治疗后偏头痛发作次数与持续时间优于治疗前, 且观察组优于对照组, 比较差异有统计学意义( )。结论: 对偏头痛伴抑郁患者联合使用***哌噻吨美利曲辛片及***桂利嗪有较好的临床疗效, 能有效缓解偏头痛发作次数与持续时间, 改善抑郁情绪, 安全无明显不良反应增加, 值得临床推广运用。【 Abstract 】 Objective : To explore the clinical effect of Flupentixol Melitracen bined with Flunarizine in treatment of migraine with depression , summarize the nursing experience during the treatment. Method : 58 patients with migraine and depression in our 2 hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected , in accordance with the order of the admission time and a random number table method , they were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received simple Flunarizine , and the observation group received Flupentixol Melitracen bined with Flunarizine in treatment of migraine with depression. Migraine attack frequency , duration before and after the treatment , migraine treatment effect , and the degree of depression , adverse reactions in the treatment process pared between the two groups.
