Key words project teaching; traditional teaching; vocational education; implementation 高职职业教育特点是以职业技能培训为主、以应用技能操作为重点、培养学生独立操作能力、技术理论与实践结合、关注前沿技术最新发展、市场岗位需求以 2 就业为导向的一种教育模式, 因此高职职业教育人才培养必须随市场岗位需求而改变, 即服务于市场需求岗位或技术人员, 培养行业一线所急需的高技能应用型、可持续发展的人才。传统的课程教学以专业知识体系组织教学, 教学内容也是按知识体系有基础逐渐深入而安排教学内容。具有典型的知识连续性、非实用性、低操作性等特征, 尚未摆脱学科体系教学的困境。因此单一的传统的教学很难适应当代高职教育的特点需求。尽管职业教育一直在做课程改革的尝试, 开展了案例教学、情境教学、仿真教学、实践教学等多种教学方法, 有效提高了学生的学习兴趣和职业能力, 但是这些教学方法并不完全能做到“教、学、做”理论实践一体化, 以学生“能力为本位”的教学。因此进一步深化教学改革非常有必要,而“项目化教学”着重注意实现以能力为本位,以职业实践活动为主线, 构建与生产实际紧密结合、基于工作岗位工作过程的一种教学方法。理论上来说这样的教学方法最应该符合行业和企业高素质技能型人才岗位的需求。 1 什
