浅谈桥梁桩基施工技术
摘要:目前,我国社会经济发展脚步不断加快,桥梁建设的发展也得到了国家相关部门的高度重视,在桥梁施工过程中,由于桥梁桩基施工具有一定的隐蔽性,因此,要求施工人员在对桥梁桩基施工的时候,不仅要依靠先进的科学技术进行施工,还要根据丰富的施工经验对在施工中出现的问题及时进行处理,避免工程质量事故的发生,以此来确保工程的整体质量。

一、桥梁桩基的施工技术
在桥梁桩基施工过程中,桩基的施工技术如何,直接关系到桥梁的整体强度和抗震性能。因此,施工人员一定要对桥梁桩基的施工技术要点进行充分掌握,并根据工程的实际情况合理开展施工工作,以此来确保工程的质量能够满足规范及设计要求。
开挖灌注桩孔
在对灌注桩孔进行开挖之前,为了确保桩基能够准确定位,施工人员应该根据工程相关的规范及设计要求和测量基准点进行测量放样,确定孔桩的中心位置。在实际施工时,应根据设计要求修筑钢筋混凝土护壁,以此来对孔壁起到保护的作用。但需要注意的是,护壁的施工工作一定要保证当天一次性完成,完成24小时后再将护壁的模板拆除。此外,为保证桩孔的质量,如果是人孔挖孔桩,在开挖达到一定的设计标高之后,要对孔底的积水以及孔壁的淤泥进行彻底清除;如果是钻孔桩,在钻孔至设计标高后要先对孔径、孔深和孔的倾斜度进行检查,符合要求后才能按规范要求进行清孔,并检查泥浆稠度和沉渣厚度等。
